I'm Erin Lo, owner and baker at Blue Ribbon Cookie Co. in San Diego, CA. I've been baking since 1999. Everything I know about baking comes from 25+ years of learning and practice.
I'm a mom, wife, sister, daughter, neighbor, and friend ... and one of the ways I've always shown my love to the people in my life is through baking. Baking is thought, time, effort, and love.
My mission with Blue Ribbon Cookie Co. is to help you enjoy the pleasures of life's everyday moments and milestones. By using timeless, high-quality ingredients, I strive to make your world a better, friendlier, and more sustainable place, one delicious cookie at a time.
This means, I'm baking for you the way I bake for my family: with grass-fed butter, free-range organic eggs, premium artisan flour, and sustainable, traceable chocolate.
